Inserting template gets stuck every time?
I have a course where i have created block templates for reuse throughout the course. This worked one or two times, but now when I chose to add a block and pick my template from the block library, it inserts a "inserting template" section into the course and never finishes.
Funny thing is, I can preview the course and the content shows up. I can go and edit other pages and then come back to this page and sure enough, it's still "inserting template". Block templates don't work for me. What can I do?

I had the same problem yesterday. I just gave up. I haven't tried it again today.
Hi there, Tim and Diane. I'm sorry you're getting stuck with processing. Usually, a page refresh will solve this issue, but it sounds like that isn't working for you either.
We'd love to work more closely with you. So that we can have a look at your course, send us the Share URL privately here. Please also include if this is happening with a specific block template or any one that you try.
Good news, Tim and Diane! We just released a fix for this problem, so you should no longer get stuck when inserting a Block Template.
Please refresh your browser to take advantage of this fix, and let us know if you run into any more issues!

Hmm, just tried creating a new block template and inserting it and the same thing occurs. Is there something more I need to do to make this work (I've closed browser, rebooted since your reply was posted).
Hi there, Tim. I'm seeing certain templates still having trouble loading when adding them to a lesson. A template I just created worked for me, however.
We're looking now, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can with an update!
Update: We found the issue and released a fix! Please refresh your browser, and let us know if you have any trouble.

I have the same issue intermittently, and only with scenario templates. Not sure what to do about that.
Hi LS! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried refreshing and clearing your browser cache?

It's happening to me right now. Not a cacheing issue. I can replicate on Chrome/FF on Mac and Windows.

Happening here as well...

"Spinnin' wheel, got to go round."
It's happening to me today and yesterday. Using chrome. I have restarted twice. Cleared my cache twice. I turned off my machine once, walked around the block, and turned it back on, but no luck. The only thing I haven't done is "Ride a painted pony, let the spinnin' wheel spin." I will submit a support ticket.
Blood, Sweat, and Tears,
Julie

Ended up just recreating the whole thing. Replicated in Chrome, Firefox and Safari :-( This should have been fixed by now.
