Iorad Import to Rise Not Completing...Perpetual Load
Are there any Iorad users out there that are unable to complete the addition of an Iorad to a Rise 360 course?
My team within my org has been struggling with this for weeks now.
We've tried doing it in Chrome/Firefox, cleared Cache/Cookies, used an existing Iorad, created new, and still the same results.
When we hit "complete" it should then take us back to the Rise course and show that the tutorial is now embedded, but it loads continually for an eternity--which is what my attachment to this thread is showing.
Anyone had this issue or have any ideas on how else to troubleshoot?
We released the fix, and the iorad + Rise integration is functional again.
Hi there - we are aware of this & have a fix ready to be released. In the meantime, you can manually embed. Here's how to manually embed an iorad tutorial in Rise.
