iOS 15.0.2 causing problems

I'd like to report bugs for Articulate 360, which seem to be caused by iOS 15.0.2
Specifically our users are experiencing the following problems:

I'm happy to test this on my end, but I have a few questions:
- How are the users accessing the content on the device: LMS through a browser or proprietary app? Review 360? Published for the web then accessed via browser?
- Videos are not played as expected - can you clarify how they are not behaving as expected?
- Is this happening with one course, or all courses viewed with a device using iOS 15.0.2?
