Iphone devices

Hi everybody,
I'm realizing some scorms for a client and during validation tests he came to us with some issues about visualization from iphone (tested with ecosia on iPhone 12,  iOS 15.4.1 and iPhone 13Pro, 15.4.1 – safari).

Has anyone else experienced problems?

Thank you!

  • Hi Natascia,

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!

I'm sorry to hear that your client is experiencing an issue when viewing the course on an iPhone. What type of visualization issues are they seeing?

Have you tried testing your course with SCORM Cloud?  If you need further assistance, we’ll be happy to take a look at your project here or privately through a support case!

  • Hi Kelly, I'm attaching here some screenshot to explain the question: a vertical one and an horizontal one.
The text looks very small, and don't use the whole space.

I personally have not encountered this. But somehow my friend couldn’t understand why everything was displayed strangely in his browser. It turned out that he simply turned off js rendering for the browser. Everything needs to be learned step by step. I recently read about how to access clipboard on iphone, I used https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-access-clipboard-on-iphone for this. I can’t say that I understood it the first time. But I'm sure this is the case for many. Good luck to you!

    Thank you!

This could be anything from updating ios to cache, etc.

Hello Team iSapiens, it seems you have encountered problems with visualizations from iphone 着信音 無料 when using the Safari browser on iOS 15.4.1. This could be a system issue or due to specific settings on your device. You can try checking your browser settings and software updates to resolve the issue.
