Is there a function to export all Rise 360 courses that were created to show Manager?

Hi CJLu - Given your statements that she is in the role temporarily, and that she is not familiar with using the software, I would suggest that you not set her up with any sort of creator permissions (which require a license); if she effectively requires that she have some sort of permission, then the Group Manager role (as defined in the link) is probably what I would assign to her.
However, if the modules are published to Review360, she doesn't need any license at all, and that's by far the path of least resistance here, I think.
Good luck -
Hi JHauglie
In my original post, I should have mentioned that my new manager is only a temporary manager until the role is filled.
When you mention the licensing aspect for this solution, I think you give a good remedy. So, my temporary manager can be licensed, which would only allow her to view the courses, meaning her permissions would NOT include being a creator?
This link will answer my question: Permissions and Roles
