Is there a simple way to export quiz questions or a question bank to a word file or something similiar?
We always test our courses in various locations prior to making them "live" to everyone in our company. If there is an assessment, we "fail" the test and then we "pass" it, to make sure we are receiving the right responses and results slides, etc.
I would like to export the questions and/or question bank to provide our testers (who don't have Articulate 360), so they have the answers to the assessment when they test. Word would be ideal and then can send in e-mail. Is there a way to do this? Please advise. Thank you.

Can I add my +1 to this feature request. I am currently in the same situation here at the hospital I work at and manually copy & paste the questions and answers into a an email for non-medical testers to review. If you can import questions from a text file, it would be really useful to reverse the process and export to a text or csv with the correct answer(s) marked with "*". Thanks.
Hi Danny!
Thanks for sharing the feedback on how this feature could benefit you and your team when authoring in Storyline!
I've included your voice in the feature report and will provide updates as soon as we have news to share. If you'd like to stay up to date, please bookmark our Feature Roadmap.
Hi Patti,
Thanks for sharing those helpful details of why you need to export quiz questions/banks! We don’t currently have this feature, though we do have a report of folks who have requested it, and I’ll be sure to add you to the list.
We’ll jump back in here to let you know as we expand that feature set or make any changes, as your voice truly helps us prioritize and determine the next steps.
Just a couple of suggestions you might find useful as a workaround in the meantime:
- Adding the correct answer to the notes, so when published to review, the testers would be able to see them.
- Publishing the entire file (or the scene with the quiz) to Word.
Hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out!

Steven,
Thanks for the quick response. I'm glad to know this is being looked at as a feature to add in the future. Thank you also for the workarounds. :)
I do not see an option to publish just a scene to Word. Is that available? If not, another great feature to add!

Hi Patti,
Thanks for the reply! Currently, there isn't a way to publish a single scene in Storyline but once you publish the entire course you can edit the Word document so it's only the one scene.
If you'd like to possibly see that feature added to Storyline you can submit a feature request. You can do that here. If the request makes it onto our feature roadmap, we’ll make sure to update you in this conversation!

The time didn't changed this question of export question.
Actually, I work on generation of question or question bank using AI with all of our developpement tools.
It's correct to Moodle and H5P, it's also correct with one of our favorite tool calling Scenari, but isn't right inought with Storyline (we love it also).
I could generate and import questions of different type but i can't import entirely my textfile to Storyline beacuse MR type doesn't support feed back and transform MC to MR isn't possible.
I hope that your Ai will help us into that quest or may be a miracle from a next version?
Thanks
