Is there a way to transfer Rise ownership after the owner no longer has access?
Say I work for a manager who leaves the organization, but they were the owner of the Rise courses. Is there a way to transfer those Rise courses to someone else if the manager no longer has access t...
If it's been less than 6 months since the manager left the company, the Rise courses would still be on the server. Contact support about getting them transferred to another account in the company: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
