Is there an outage? I keep getting logout of my Rise 360 account
Hi, is there an outage or latency in Rise 360? Since August 5 at 7:40 am ET/ 7:40 pm Singapore time onwards we were having latency issue. It keeps on showing "Loading" then "Something went wrong". I ...

- Is this happening with on specific training, or multiple? - no. from the moment I log in, I get prompted with series of different error message
- Are other team members getting the same error message? my team is getting the same experience (refer to the screenshots)
- Have you tried logging out and back in using a different browser or an incognito window? tried both Chrome and Edge, and we get the same latency.
We can access Rise 360 homepage and view review links, so I believe port 443 is enabled.
