Issue in Course Completion on result in LMS. Please suggest

Dear Friends,

I having an issue with Course Completion on results in LMS. 

If the learner is failed the Exam means, the learner has to fail on LMS. And it will have to show Completion "incomplete" and Passed means "Complete".
