Issue with exportin Rise 360 file - returns 'Failed - Forbidden'

I have attempted to export a Rise 360 file for upload into our LMS. When downloading it returns the error message 'Failed - Forbidden' which Google says is due to permission not being granted by the course owner. I am the course owner, so am at a loss as to how to fix this.
