Issue with Storyline Articulate Program

The Storyline application won't open (I have access to the platform).

I tried to launch Articulate Storyline, and the initialization screen appears for about 5 seconds and then disappears. Nothing opens after that. I tried restarting the laptop and also reinstalled the app. But still the same happens when I click 'open'. 

Any suggestions or tactics I should try out?
