Issue with video not playing
Hi everyone, I am struggling to get an MP4 file to play in Storyline. I have uploaded it a few times, changed the settings, added a trigger to start to play when the timeline starts and it still won't play for me. The file is good; I can open it and play it in Media Player. Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue and I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I have a few clarifying questions to help me better understand.
- Is this happening in preview mode and/or when published?
- Have you tried inserting a different MP4 file, and if so, does it play?
- Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project to see if you get the same result?
