Issues with importing audio file
I have been having issues importing audio files into my project. Once I select the audio file to be imported the in progress appears for a second then vanished and that all. This is specific to audio files alone video and images works fine. PS I am using a mac with parallel windows.

- Are you working and saving your project locally to your hard drive? We recommend saving locally to avoid erratic behavior.
- What audio file format are you looking to use? Storyline 360 supports these audio file formats.
- Do you notice this same behavior if you import your existing slides into a brand new .story file?
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend a repair of Storyline 360. A repair can fix some erratic behavior across project files.

Thank you for the feedback, I figured it out. The audio file weren't save locally on the the windows drive.
