JavaScript-Library & HTTP-Securty Headers

Dear Community!
One of our customers has just sent me a report on why their e-learning cannot be implemented as a web export for the time being.

A) The e-learning tool uses an older library according to the report. -> Is there a possibility to update the library? Their system apparently sees this as a medium threat.

B) Missing HTTP security headers - > They would change this themselves. Is there a possibility of problems occurring here?
