Knowledge Check Questions

Hi all. Can anyone shed any light on where the answers go fro a knowledge check type question.   We have a knowledge check that asks the participant if they understand the conditions e.g.  Do you fully understand the site rules?  with a possible Yes/No type answer, but where are the responses saved or do they just vanish???

or if I use a quiz is there anyway of not having the 'Circular aroow score 100%' pop up?

    Knowledge check questions don't "go" anywhere. The program indicates whether the user answered correctly or incorrectly. But that info isn't stored or submitted. 

    A Quiz, which can be tracked, must appear as a separate lesson. And there's no way to turn off the score.
