Layer flickers when mouse over (hover) since recently

I'm working on a module where I have used hovering over an hotspot several times. When a user hovers over the hotspot, another layer will appear. And disappear when user hovers out. This worke...
I also have the same issue where I hover over a hotspot to show a layer and the layer flickers. I will stay with the current version as I am not yet ready to publish. If it is not resolved by then I will install a previous version.
