Layer not working

Hello, I am trying to get a series of layers to trigger based on a certain time in each layers timeline. 

However, even though all the layers have the same triggers and the first two work, the 3rd and 4th layers do not populate anything when I preview. 

Can someone tell me what I'm missing or doing wrong?

    Hello Michelle, I've reviewed your SL file and I found the specified issue on slide 1.6 Scenario 2. Am I correct? If so, I have attached the updated file here for your reference.

    So slide 1.6 scenario 2: I removed disabled "hide layer" triggers in the corresponding layers and it worked fine.

    Please review the attached updated file and let me know if that works for you.
