Layer Problem
I have a problem in my storyline file, i have placed my next button in the layer and have given a trigger to appear after 3 sec, when I preview my file it works well when it start from the beginning, but in between if I go back to previous slide and continue the module, the next button layer is not working properly,(it doesn't appear) this happens only with me, if I share the same file with my friend and if the publish or preview it, it is working well, I have uninstalled and re installed the storyline then too it is not working

Since the behavior is only observable on your end, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, this might indicate that the problem is file-specific. Please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
