Layer Problems

KarenGerfenG147​: Based on Screenshot 1, I'd say the layer has at least one of these settings:

  • the Slide Layer Properties are set to hide objects on the base layer
  • the background has a solid fill

If neither of those is the issue, well, troubleshooting would just be guessing without seeing the programming.  Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:

  • Only include slides that are related to the problem.
  • Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
  • If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.

In your case, the slide shown in the screenshot would be enough.
