Layer properties window not showing
Hi there, I'm unable to see the Properties window on my slide layers. It shows up on the base layer, but doesn't show for the extra layers I've built. I've installed the most recent update of Storyline v3.61.27106.0 and am wondering if this is a bug in the new version?

I'm also having this issue. I've fully updated and I can't see the window anywhere on my screens.

I have also had this problem but I discovered a solution. I found that if I had Storyline open on one of my two monitors the Slide Layer Properties window would not display normally. The solution, I discovered, was to drag Storyline from the monitor screen down onto the laptop screen and then click on the cog to bring up the Slide Layer Properties window. It then displays normally! Then you can drag Storyline back up to a monitor screen and you're back in business. Very bizarre!
I have tried everything to resolve this issue. I still am not able to open the layer properties window.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Have you tried repairing your Storyline 360 installation?
- Are you using a dual monitor setup? If yes, does disconnecting one monitor fix the issue? I understand this isn't a solution to the problem, but this test will help us understand if the dual monitor setup is the cause.
- Does undocking the Slide Layers panel allow you to open the layer properties window?
If the repair doesn't fix the issue, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer who can take a closer look at what's happening.
I have ran the repair and undocked the layers panel with not changes. Yes, I have multiple monitors, and the layer properties does not appear anywhere, even after disconnecting the additional monitors.
