Layers set to 'Resume saved state' are not working properly
Layers that are set to 'Resume saved state' are not working properly - on revisit they are playing as if they have been set to 'Reset to the initial state'.

I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed:
- When revisiting slides, object states, layers, animations, and audio started over, even if they were set to resume saved states
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I upgraded to Build 3.90.32850.0 but am still having issues where, when revisiting a slide layer, it is resetting from the initial state despite the "Revisits" option being set to "resume saved state." I have this set for both the base layer and slide layer. To further test, I downgraded back to Build 3.87.32574.0 per Connor and Jose's suggestion and the slide layers now resume from saved state so it appears the issue is still prevalent in Build 3.90.32850.0. Thank you!
