Learner Closing a Text Box After Viewing It
Hello! I am new to Storyline, and I can't figure out how to add the "x" to a text box so that the Learner can close the box after viewing it. I've tried a layer, but I think I'm missing a step. Thank you so much!
Add the X on the same layer as the textbox, then wire up a "onclick" of "X" to the X shape that hides the layer. Should work great

Hi Brian, thank you for responding. I added the "x" and set the trigger, but now the "x" isn't hidden, it's already on the slide that I created. I was looking for a step by step, but I can't seem to find one.
