Letting the user fast forward and rewind video with seek bar

Hi Sam,
You may want to use the video controls themselves. Right click on your video and then select "Show video controls" in the Options tab, and you'll then have a video control player so that the user can use that to seek through the video.
Hi Ashley. When I right click on my video, I do not see the Options option.. am I missing something?
