Lightbox in blank
I am having a problem with lightboxes. The lightbox opens blank and the course freezes; if I switch to any window on my computer and go back to the browser then I can see the contents of the lightbox...

Thanks for reaching out! I couldn't replicate this behavior when inserting a video on the base slide on our latest version of Storyline (Update 98).
- Have you tried importing your slides into a brand new .story file?
- Is this happening with any other project files that include a lightbox or just this one?
- Where are you viewing this behavior? I'm curious if this is happening in Preview or in a specific published output.
As a first step, I recommend a repair of Storyline 360. Sometimes, a quick repair will fix some erratic behavior!
Please let us know if you're still encountering this issue with the lightbox functionality after the repair. You can share a screen recording of this behavior along with your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
