Limit Quiz Attempts to Two - Disable Restart on Relaunch

I've figured out how to limit the number of retries on a quiz to two on the same attempt/session. Is there a way to disable the "Restart" option when a person relaunches an activity? Or, is there a ...

Resume/Restart are player behaviors. If you go to Home -> Player -> Other, there is a Resume On Restart option. If you set that to Always Resume, this option forces the course to open where learners previously left off. They won't see a prompt; the course will resume automatically.
