Linking to Sections within a Lesson

Adding a request for the ability to hyperlink to sections within courses, lessons and microlearnings. How many requests do we need to get action?

I built a 'jump menu' it auto links the sections within a lesson, as a mini table-of-contents at the top of the lesson. But now I'm thinking it should be a persisting menu at the top right of screen (on large screens) the linking does use the block id as the original author recommends.

Same here.  Some of my lesson screens are quite long and I would love to link to the various headings and add a "Go to top" link in various points.   Most Content Management systems have this capability, and, to be honest, it's a standard feature that many content designers simply expect to be there.  And, when it's not, it's added heartburn when trying accomplish what is a very common task in our jobs.
