LMS always gets cmi.exit 'suspend', not 'normal'
The guys here started using storyline 360 for creating courseware but are completely new to the tool. They are trying to set SCORM 2004 completion, success and score using a quiz. The score and status is set by the SCO, but for some reason, no matter what we do, the cmi.exit is always invoked as 'suspend', which obviously does not close the attempt on the LMS side. What are we doing wrong? I am expecting the LMS to receive a cmi.exit with 'normal'. Thank you so much.
