LMS Error help
Hi ToniaNealey,
I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions to get started.
- Are you able to upload another course to your LMS successfully?
- Have you tried republishing your course for LMS, and then uploading the package again?
It would also be helpful to know which LMS you're using so we can search for similar cases!

Hi KellyAuner I am able to upload other courses to the LMS. I have tried your second suggestion as well. I also tried to upload the course to Scormcloud to test it and was unable to upload it there either. I'm thinking maybe it's a programming bug some where?

Hi ToniaNealey,
Thanks for the additional information. If you can upload other courses to your LMS, there's a chance that the problem might be specific to the affected zip file. I'd recommend republishing the course to make sure that you have a properly published LMS-ready Storyline 360 course. A different format may have been selected when you initially published the course resulting in the error.
If republishing doesn't help, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
