LMS Reporting issue

Having trouble getting the 'pick one' questions to show in the CSOD reporting. Only the pick many are appearing?  Noticed the Pick one questions were mis-labeled as pick many - reset the first 2 sect...

Sorry to hear quiz data from Rise 360 isn't being reported by Cornerstone LMS!

If you haven't already, I suggest choosing SCORM 2004 as the publishing standard. It provides the most data, and is typically compatible with most 3rd party LMSs. Also, this article outlines the quiz data that Rise 360 communicates to an LMS. How the LMS interprets that data, is reliant on the LMS itself. It's possible back-end settings within the LMS may also need to be adjusted, as I've seen reported by other Cornerstone users in the community. 

In the meantime, I suggest testing your published output with SCORM Cloud to rule out any issues that may be present within the course itself. However, if the learner data also fails to be reported by SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case.
