LRS xAPI Data POST
We have our LRS stood up and Articulate Storyline has the connection in the presentation and the connection is being accepted by our LRS. The issue we are seeing is that it's only sending OPTIONS...
Thank you JoseTansengco ! We were able to figure out the issue. Articulate isn't using a POST here, it's using a PUT. This wasn't added to the allowable OPTIONS, once we change that it works as expected.

Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file! Here's what I got when I tested your course using SCORM Cloud and Veracity Learning LRS:
Were these the actions you did not see in your LRS? If yes, please contact your LRS provider to see why their system is not recording the actions correctly. Your course appears to be reporting data with no issues when properly connected to an LRS.
If this isn't the data you were referring to, can you please share an example of the missing actions/engagements so I can check if I can find them anywhere in the analytics section of the LRS I used for testing?JoseTansengcoThanks for checking this! What we are attempting to do is place the presentation in Canvas for student use, and then have the engagement data sent to our LRS. Is that possible, or do we need to host the presentation in an xAPI based LRS, then link to it from Canvas?Hello ryanHepler,
You are very welcome. I published your course with the LRS details defined in the publishing settings then uploaded it straight to SCORM Cloud LMS.
I'd recommend using the "Test Settings" feature in the publishing settings to ensure that your course can communicate with your LRS before uploading it to Canvas LMS. If you continue to have problems with the data, contact your LMS or LRS support team so they can investigate the problem.
