I keep getting an error message when trying to add new members as collaborators on a course...icloud emails seem to be giving me the error ? People with trial accounts ARE allowed to be invited as collaborators, yes?

Hi Shannon! Sorry to hear about this error when adding collaborators to your Rise courses. I've replied to your other post here. Please start a case so we can look into this closely, and reply to that post should you need anything else.
