This would be a great block type, but unfortunately it does not exist in Rise.

Hi Louise! Yes, this is something that can be created in Storyline 360 using the Freeform Drag and Drop slides with images.
You can try the freeform drag and drop slide, and let me know if that works for you!
We need to be able to do this natively inside of Rise. It would be such a wonderful feature.
