Maximum file size for imported videos and .story file?
Hi Crystal - this is a late reply. I am running into difficulty with a video I'm importing. It imports fine and plays in the video editing preview, but in the slide itself it stops about a minute short of the actual end time, and repeats the beginning of the video. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you have any triggers set up on the video or timeline to loop back to the start? That sounds like unusual behavior for Storyline to implement on its own. Have you tested previewing the entire slide to see if that's different or publishing the file to test that? If you're not sure of the setup or still running into difficultly we'd be happy to take a look!
Are you able to share a copy of your file with us? If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.

I have the same question as the original question but in regards to Studio 360 - I tried inserting a file that was a little over 3GB and one that is over 2GB and I was told that the file format of the video was not supported even though it is a MP4. I've been searching the forums but no one is using studio 360 to try and insert videos.
