MC question slide title
For questions in Storyline, why is the Slide Title place holder used for the question instead of the actual slide title? The attached is a slide master view of a provided MC template.

I don't know for sure. My best guess is that the original programmers used the Slide Title placeholder for the question to ensure that the question text would be submitted to the LMS.
If the question could be in any other placeholder, the program wouldn't know what data to submit.
can they create a question placeholder?
Could they? Sure. Will they? I doubt it.
