Microsoft Defender issue attempting to install

Hello, I need to record screencasts, so need access to Peek or Replay 360.&nbsp; I'm encountering the Microsoft Defender issue.&nbsp; Running as Administrator does not resolve the issue.&nbsp; What else can I do to install desktop version?
