Migrating seats to a new subscription

In our organization, we have a subscription with multiple seats—5 of which belong to our team and are grouped separately.

We also have a separate Rise 360 subscription that includes AI functionality, and we’d like to move our 5 seats to this new subscription. However, we’ve been informed by the provider that automatic migration of accounts (including all courses) is only possible for the entire subscription. In our case, the only option would be to migrate the seats one by one, first moving the courses from the TEAM folder to PRIVATE.

This process is quite confusing and time-consuming, especially since we have a large number of courses—and the risk of error is high.

Are there any simpler ways to migrate our 5 seats along with their content?
Could someone share a detailed step-by-step guide?
