Monitoring Knowledge Checks from longer courses

Hello,

I would like to be able to see results of the periodic knowledge checks I am putting in longer courses; however, I still want the final assessment to be what determines whether the learner passes or not.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this? I had thought of including a trigger to send an email with the results of the knowledge checks, but if there is a better method, I would love to hear about it.
