Hi there, I see you are using xAPI. Is that intentional? Moodle doesn't fully support xAPI.
The fully supported spec on Moodle is SCORM 1.2.
I would also recommend from your Moodle Admins that they disable "standards" mode as this will ensure you don't have issues down the line with tracking for larger courses that persist their state between sessions, especially those with quizzes.
