Motion path exit
Hello there, sorry to be a n00b. I have an object that travels on a motion path early on in the timeline. When the timelines resumes, how do I get the same object to go back along that path the way it came? Can I add multiple motion paths to the same object?

Yes, you can, and that is the only way to do it. Select the path, and duplicate it. Then in the format, select reverse direction on the duplicate.

WALT! You are AMAZING! I will definitely PIAWIC. Not only have you made it nice and clear how to duplicate motion paths, but you've also gone and blown my BRAIN. HOW did I never know CTRL+V stood for Velcro?! This will be my new fun fact at every party.
