Motion Path not working on tablet or mobile

Hey there!

I've got a slide that uses two separate motion paths to move two videos onto the screen when the user clicks one of two tabs. It works fine on desktop but not tablet and mobile. The audio from both videos play when you click the tabs, but the videos do not animate along the motion paths, so there's nothing on screen. Any idea why or how to fix?     Thank you for sharing a video of what you're experiencing. I was able to reproduce this on my end as well, so I've logged it as a software bug. I'll update this discussion once we have some news, and you can also read this article for additional information on how we tackle bugs.

      This BUG STILL EXISTS!!!!!    Really, 4 years and still a problem?
      It needs to be addressed.  Can someone address and reply, possibly put an article out, and add it to the fixed features on the new release. Thank you.

      Please add me to that list as well. I am experiencing the same issue. Publishing a course from the February 25, 2025 release of Storyline 360. Only happens on tablet and mobile phones.
