Moving blocks from one section to another
Hi, I can move blocks up and down within a section; but cannot move a block to another section. Is this possible? If not, I would like to make this suggestion to the Rise team.

The best way to move course content from one Rise Lesson to another is to create a new Template containing the content that needs to be moved, and then inserting that Template in the new location.

Is there an updated way of moving blocks between lessons within the same course without having to create a template? This seems like a lot of work if you just change your mind about where to place something.

There isn't another way.
Creating a new Block Template is actually very quick.
Just to add this is easy but highly annoying! You may want the template for 5 mins (99% of the time for me a CO has changed their mind) in order to move it - having to create the template you then have to remember to delete it afterwards or you end up with a massive list of templates.
