MP4 Files not loading

I am constantly being told by my Articulate that the mp4 file I try to upload is not supported. Is anyone else experiencing this glitch?  Or do you have any insights as to to how to overcome the i...

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error you see with your mp4 file.

Here's how you can re-encode a video with HandBrake, a free video editor.

  1. Download, install and open the HandBrake app.
  2. Drop your video file on the HandBrake app. Or, click Open Source on the ribbon and import your video file.
  3. In the summary settings, mark the Web Optimized box. You can leave all the other settings as they are.
  4. Click Start Encode on the ribbon to re-encode your video.
