mp4 video uploads and plays but no thumbnail
I can upload a video and it plays fine but it only shows a blank, black screen with the play symbol until I click play.
can't a thumbnail image or first image be displayed similar to what is shown...

The suggestions in the link above are over two years old. Has there been any progress on this issue?

Hi Mariana, I don't have an update for you at this point. Adding your preferred image to the first few frames of your video is still the best bet.
