mp4 video uploads and plays but no thumbnail
I can upload a video and it plays fine but it only shows a blank, black screen with the play symbol until I click play.
can't a thumbnail image or first image be displayed similar to what is shown...

Hi Mariana, I don't have an update for you at this point. Adding your preferred image to the first few frames of your video is still the best bet.
