Multiple files for one video; what application would work best?

My project is to create an instructional online video.   The voice talent is sending me MP3 files, another trainer is submitting mp4 screen casts and I am assembling it.  There are title covers, lower thirds and small animations planned as well.

I thought I could use Storyline 360 to create this video but I can't figure out how to sync up the audio with the video.  The playback on the editing interface does not  permit to move one frame at a time.  I have used Camtasia and Premiere Pro in the past to do this type of work.  Would Replay be better?  What are your suggestions?

  • I'd use Camtasia if you have it. It's designed as a video editor and probably is the least time intensive way to do this.

  • Using SL to do what you describe would be like using an eggbeater to power your boat. I don’t think you can do this any way apart from using a dedicated video editing application.
