My Storyline is taking forever to open. Is there a fix?

This started for me a few weeks ago after I did an update. Usually, my Storyline would take about a minute or so to open and be fully ready to use. But now it takes upwards of 5-10 minutes before it'...

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that Storyline is loading very slowly upon opening. The behavior you're describing certainly isn't ideal. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If that doesn't do the trick, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers since you're already using the latest version of Storyline. They'll be able to take a closer look at what might be causing this delay!

    Thanks for reaching out!  If I understand correctly, it sounds like you may be experiencing the same behavior that OBryant​ shared, where Storyline takes several minutes to fully launch.

    To help us confirm whether it's the same issue, could you share a few more details?

    • Which version of Storyline 360 are you currently using? Our latest version is Update 122. 
    • When did you first notice this behavior? Did it begin after updating Storyline?
    • Do you see the same delay whether you're opening a new project or an existing one?
