Need help finding Content

I'm so glad you're here and I'm happy to help out with this. When a user leaves your team, you must transfer their shared content to another team member, then, choose whether or not to include their personal content. The visual below shows what content is considered Personal, and what content is considered shared.

It sounds like you've transferred the content to yourself. That's a great start! This article may be helpful as it explains where to find that content, and how to search the transfer folder for it.

If you're unable to locate the content, can you please let us know which content you're missing? Also, please note that Rise 360 courses are linked to a user's Articulate ID, but Storyline 360 courses are likely stored locally on their hard drive.
