New - Generate subtitles with AI
Hello la communauté !
J'ai essayé la fonctionnalité de génération de sous-titres avec l'IA pour les vidéos, c'est vraiment très utile (Storyline) !
Cependant, j'ai trouvé une faille : j'ai remplacé une vidéo que j'avais initialement mise sur une slide. Après l'avoir remplacé, j'ai essayé de générer des sous-titres avec l'IA : problème ! Bien que la vidéo ait été remplacée, les sous-titres générés correspondent à la première vidéo. Etrange !
Si cela pouvait être corrigé, ce serait top !

I tried replicating this behavior using two different videos, but I didn't encounter any issues when generating the subtitles using the AI assistant. Here's what I did for your reference:
- Added a video from a file, then used "Generate with AI" to add captions
- Right-clicked on the video, then used the "Replace Video" option
- For the new video, I used the "Generate with AI" feature again to create the captions
Do your two videos have the same file name by any chance? To troubleshoot the behavior, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your 2 video files here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete them when we're done testing!
