New Animations

Can we get a dedicated animation function to rotate objects around their centre or a point outside the centre? We can animate on lines, and all, orient the shape on the line as well. All good. But I often miss being able to rotate an object on command. The entry animations don't do the trick most of the time. 

Also, can we get a function to make objects larger or smaller on comand?
