New Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
I just created and used my first custom Rise blocks--excited about this feature so I don't have to jump into Storyline to create simple interactions.
One issue is that the custom interactions aren't showing in the review link I've created.
I can seem them in preview mode in the course but not in review. There's no placeholder etc. It just looks as if it doesn't exist.
Is this a known bug?

Here we are nine months on, and still an issue - custom blocks not appearing on the LMS. Ok in review, ok in PDF... not good enough. Too late when you've built a course only then have to come looking for answers as to why this isn't working.

In our LMS, custom bocks appear and display correctly.

So far (fingers crossed) we haven't had an issue in our LMS (workday), At least that anyone has mentioned. Our learners don't report issues a lot unless it affects them directly completing a course. I' have had issues in Review360. I'll see it other don't then if they refresh it shows up. It's very sporadic.
Hi EJE,
Sorry to hear that Custom Blocks are not playing back as expected in your LMS.
I'm not able to replicate the same issue when testing a sample Custom Block in SCORM Cloud. Have you had a chance to test your LMS package there as well? If the course loads as expected in an LMS test environment, the issue could be LMS-specific. In which case, I suggest connecting with your LMS administrator so they can take a closer look.
However, if your Custom Blocks also fail to load in SCORM Cloud, it's possible that something else could be getting in the way. Was the affected course published as a Connected Package?
I ask because we are tracking a Rise 360 bug that prevents Custom Block audio/video from loading in an LMS if published as a Connected Package.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi StevenBenassi,
Custom blocks are currently not loading in our LMS either. Due to company restrictions, I am not able to test in SCORM Cloud as you suggested. Any idea if this bug expands beyond the Connected package? I don't have Labs enabled so do not have this option. We have previously used custom blocks in our LMS without any issue. Unfortunately, we have a course promised to our client tomorrow and are just running into this issue.
